Till we completed this project, main boulevard gulberg had gained a reputation that no projects turn out successful here. However we completed and leased it to the best brands in the country. Two thumbs up to the support from Mr. Imtiaz & Mr. Niem for allowing us to execute our vision. Mall One has become a landmark project and kick-started the whole developments on main boulevard once again.
